Blue Moon Hummus
Ingredients
3 Cups Chickpeas (about 2 cans)
5 Tbs Tahini
5 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Bulb of Roasted Garlic (or raw cloves to taste)
1 tsp Salt
1 Tsp
1/4 cup water
Directions
Squeeze the roasted cloves out of the garlic bulb and place in a food processor with all other ingredients except the water. Puree until smooth, drizzling the water in until you achieve the texture that you like.
If you like, serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top and a sprinkle of smoked paprika
