Yogurt Mint Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, finely chopped
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, or use a food processor for a smoother dressing. Chill before using.
